Privacy Policy

SwiftListing AI ("SwiftListing AI", "we", "us") is a data-entry copilot for real estate agents, delivered as a web app and a Chrome extension. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to both the website and the browser extension.

What we collect

• Account information: email, display name, avatar (optional).
• Normalized property records you explicitly capture and review — never full page HTML, screenshots, or DOM snapshots.
• Minimal per-field provenance: which supported provider and field label a value came from, when it was captured, and whether you edited it.
• Billing information, handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
• Product usage counts (captures, autofills) needed to enforce plan limits and show you your usage.
• Aggregated, non-identifying product analytics — never property addresses, contact names, or raw form values.

What we never collect

Passwords, credit-card numbers, bank-account numbers, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, authentication codes, browser history outside pages you explicitly capture from, or the contents of unrelated browser tabs.

How we use your information

We use your data only to provide and operate the service: to authenticate you, store the property records you capture, let you reuse those records to fill forms, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, and provide support. We do not use your captured property data or account information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

How the Chrome extension works

The extension only reads a page when you invoke it (Capture / Fill) or on a site you've explicitly granted permission to. It requests activeTab, storage, scripting, and sidePanel — not broad access to every website. Captured values are sent to your SwiftListing AI account over an encrypted connection; the extension does not transmit page data to any third party.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run SwiftListing AI, and only as required to provide the service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage of your account and captured records.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Vercel — hosting of the web app and API.

We do not sell your data or share it with data brokers or advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data storage and security

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, so you can only ever read or write your own records. Traffic is encrypted in transit. See our security page for more detail.

Data retention

We keep your account and captured records for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and captured records, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations (for example, billing history). Short-lived operational data, such as one-time extension authorization codes, expires automatically.

Your choices and rights

You can edit or archive any captured property, review its source history, disable the optional AI-assisted mapping feature, export or request a copy of your data, and delete your account. To exercise any of these, use the in-app controls or contact us at support@swiftlisting.com.

Children's privacy

SwiftListing AI is a professional tool intended for real estate agents and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
